Food adjunct calcium hydroxide is roughly made of lime after processed and refined to remove hazard matter like metallic matter:
1.         molecular formula: Ca (OH)2
 
2.         molecular weight: 74.096
 
3.         Physicochemical Property:
Soft and delicate white powder with a density of 2.24 and a stacking volume of 0.6-0.8. After 500℃, hydrate water will lose to become calcium oxide, which absorbs carbon dioxide in the air to form calcium carbonate that can be dissolved in acid instead of water and alcohol.
 
4.         Feature:
High activity, loose structure, great purity (able to be analytically pure), white, fine granulate with few content of foreign matter.
 
5.         Usage:
The produce is widely used in synthesis of medical drug, food additive, hi-tech biological material HA, VC phosphonolipide used as feed additive, food arum, calcium agent, additive for candy manufacturing industry of calcium naphthenate, calcium lactate and calcium citrate, water processing and other high-grade organic chemical industry.
